Way of working

Briefly my activities are:

  • coach for personal leadership. I coach individuals as well as groups, like teams, departments and organizations;
  • Leader (ad interim) in program’s, projects or organizations.

I let individuals in groups (teams, departments and organizations) discover their personal and joint leadership. If these people stand fully for their personal leadership, this will benefit the cooperation. I help people to see the link between their talents, their actions, their mission and their successes.

I’m aware of the boundaries and separations that are created in organizations and communities. I prefer to look at them as seamless and fluid. I want to show that it is possible for people to cooperate, by making the barriers visible and to break them down as much as possible.

Obstacles I don’t consider as unsurmountable, but I seek for ways to convert them into opportunities.
